This is fairly simple, and should not cost you more than say 10-15 mins. to remove the old radio.

Below I can show you some photos on how to do it (photos taken when replacing the Audio5 of my parents' car for an Audio20). Don't bother the fact that the radio on the photos is only single DIN instead of your double DIN (the plastic lower cover plate differs in shape but the logic of dismantling is the same).

It is handy (apart from the Torx not strictly necessary) to have:
• 2x A140589023300: Hook
• 1x A115589035900: Plastic wedge
• Torx screwdriver/bit (T15)

Step 1:
Remove the ventilation openings with the two hooks. On the inside there is a plastic lip. Put in the hooks, turn them 90 degr. to the outsides (so that they disappear behind the plastic lips) and then pull. This may take some force. If you have climate control, then close the upper vents prior to this step.
See the first two photos (Audio5a and Audio5b).

Step 2:
Take the plastic wedge, and remove the panel surrounding the airco/climate control unit (and if applicable, the lower button panel).
See third and fourth photo (Audio5c and Audio5d).

Step 3:
Remove the airco/climate control unit, which is attached with plastic lips only.
Edit: You must push back this unit a bit, and then try to tilt and turn it, in order to take it out.

Step 4:
Remove the radio after unscrewing the Torx screws.

Reinstall in reverse order.
Best,

Arjen.
