Taking apart the dashboard....

Does anyone know how to take apart the dashboard on a W210 E320 to change the light bulb for the rotary dials on the vents and also the light bulb for the panel around the light switch.<br>

Did you guys ever figure out or get an answer to this question? I seriously need to take out my dashboard because of a rattle behind it. I would appreciate any response on this. Thanks
